Refund & Replacement Policy
Damaged During Shipping
If your stickers arrive creased, torn, or damaged due to transit, we’ve got you covered.
Action: Please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Requirement: Include a clear photo of the damaged stickers and the packaging.
Resolution: We will print and ship a replacement at no cost to you, or issue a full refund for the damaged items.
Unsatisfied Customers
We want you to love your stickers. If you are unhappy with the print quality or the final product:
Contact Us: Reach out within 3 days of receiving your order.
Quality Review: Since we print exactly what is uploaded, we cannot offer refunds for low-resolution files or typos provided by the customer. However, if there is a printing error or a physical defect, we will provide a reprint or a refund.
